How to clean the range hood?

If that is not possible or if you do not have a dishwasher, leave them soaking in warm water with liquid dish soap for several minutes, and then with the help of a brush rub gently to remove the grease.

What about the microwave?
Another appliance of frequent use that gets a lot of greases is straightforward to clean with some available ingredients in most homes.
In a microwave-safe container, pour one glass of water and a spoonful of white vinegar (double that amount if your microwave is large or has a lot of greases stuck to it).
Place the container in the microwave and turn it on for 5 minutes at high power. Once the 5 minutes are over, wait a few extra minutes for the temperature to drop a little and the steam to help remove the grease (remember that the greasier your microwave is, the longer you should wait).
After you allowed the steam to work its magic, open the microwave carefully as the hot steam may burn. Carefully remove the container and rub the inside of the microwave with the help of a wet cloth with a little baking soda.
Finish by rinsing out a damp cloth, and the microwave will look as good as new.
